With needs for a Head of Engineering, and multiple other hires across product, sales, and customer success, 1build had critical needs to scale with senior resources who could own and scale different functions across the business. Being pre-Series A, these hires also had a strict timeline to meet their product and fund raising schedules. Moving forward Invenio would go onto stay with them for a 12 month period, varying from a large high volume engagement to a slower paced fractional engagement as 1build’s needs evolved.
